Types of Massage

Relaxation Massage 

  • Reduces stress and addresses everyday muscle pain and tension
  • Improves circulation, reduces inflammation and increases energy
  • Enhances overall wellness
  • Light to moderate pressure with a rhythmic pace
  • Massage sessions usually last from 30 minutes to 1 hour or an hour and a half

 

Senior Massage

  • Specifically meets the needs of seniors aged 65 and older
  • Increases circulation, reduces inflammation and pain and improves muscle tension and sleep
  • Enhances the quality of life for seniors
  • Light to moderate pressure
  • Massage sessions last from 20 minutes to 1 hour
  • Accomodations can be made with regard to table height and use of support cushions for comfort while on the massage table.
  • Accomodations can also be made if bed or wheelchair bound.

 

Deep Tissue Massage

  • Addresses chronic muscle spasm and pain
  • Aids in injury recovery
  • Moderate to deep pressure
  • Massage sessions last from 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • Often focuses on one or two specific regions of concern

  

Chair Massage

  • Portable, convenient, on site relaxing massage therapy
  • Performed on an ergonomically designed chair at your office or event
  • Relaxing music may be provided
  • Recipient remains fully clothed during massage session; no lotions or oils are used
  • Light to moderate pressure
  • Massage sessions may be scheduled in 10, 15 or 20 minute increments

 

Perfect for Employee Appreciation or Wellness day, Convention/Trade Shows, Health Fairs, Bridal Shower or Pre-Wedding massage for bridal party, and Birthday Party.

Schedule regular chair massage for your employees at your office or for a special employee appreciation day.  Payment may be made by the employer, employee or the cost may be split between the employer and employee.  Scheduling is done either on site by an employee designated by the employer or by the massage therapist via email, text or phone.
